What are the requirements for a HQ scan?

Still its better for some people than reading summaries and raws. And dont forget that those guys spend their own time on doing it. Its not like they are lunar or something of anime subbing groups but atleast their translation isnt all gabberish and shit which usualy happens with other unknown/starting scanlation teams. If someone cant wait for 148 the he should read it and Im damn sure that after it you wont stop thinking about 149 XD.

Wow, what a bunch of assholes. Why go off and start a group when kuu scans is looking for help? -_-;. I mean seriously. All though it IS good to have faster scans, wouldn't it be better for all parties if they just merged with kuu?
