Not much happens. More informative chapters about what Tool Toul To does and what it is in general. But overall it was very good. Once again Kuu's releases are amazing.

145 joke page is the best so far.

edit: Oh yeah there is a really, really good picture of Benkei. Also there is a tie-in to the very first chapters

edit: also thinking about it...i wonder what akito can do when he's pissed off....he's better than agito. (or vice versa, not 100% sure) but hmm....very interesting.

Kururu just looked like a youger Simca with a bandage on her head. :/

And as for the cuteness part, the only time I thought she looked cute was from the one I posted, aside from that I thought she looked like a small kid . And Tool Toul To outfit had me thinking of Kindom Hearts the whole time, and for some odd reason I was expecting Sora or Riku to pop out. >_>

Hrm...I thought these chapters were pretty boring, except for the part on the last page of chapter 145 where Hako looked like she wanted to rape Ikki . o_o

That joke page for 145 was very disturbing. I didn't see Kuu's warning until AFTER i saw the picture. I'm gonna have nightmares about that. LOL!

Hmm so does tuning just mean having sex with the person and acting as a meter to check their vitals? Or is there more needed for it? Because I think when Nue was getting tuned the girl tuning him had some circle/spiral marks on her arm which could mean she's wearing some special thing, and the picture during the explanation seemed to be a full face-covering suit, however Haku is completely naked other then the cloak she was wearing. Also she had a blank (evil even?) stare on her face... hmm I wonder what 146 has in store.

Tuning does not equal sex. It's very intimate, but it's not sex.

What the tuners do is feel the body of the person they are tuning and listen to it. Then they tell how much they had changed and all that jazz from when the last time they had it done. The mask was just there because Oh! Great didn't feel like drawing a face there.

There was a full explanation of what a tuner does in chapter 145.

It's hard to tell but I don't think Haku is naked. She is wearing one of the suits, which are something like see through. I think this because she is holding Kururu's bagram. Plus you have to remember this is still shounan. Having someone with full frontal nudity in one of these manga's is a no no. Am I right?

edit: I'm seriously get more wierded out about Agito/Akito than Aeon. He gets mad and jealous when Ikki asks someone out on a date. Not to mention all the cross dressing and kissing. While the only wierd things we've seen from Aeon have been from a joke chapter and then a few comments here and there throughout the chapters.

It is a see through outfit. It's the same one shown in the chapter. When it is put on the body it almost disappears. About tuning, there is no sex but great intimacy like what was said. Turners need to know just about everything about the bodies of the kings. Every intimate detail. That's what helps in the tuning the regalia to the kings.

It's Shounen Magazine, which has a bit of an older audience.

And also, check the title page of Trick 138--and the first fanart/coloring in Trick 145. That's from the last page of Trick 147 in the tankobon, somebody just colored it. :P

I have to say I'm not a big fan of Kururu's new look. At the very least she needs to lose the hat, and the weird bondage necklace deal too.

The relationship development between Ikki and Kururu felt kinda awkward to me in these two chapters, not quite sure why. The situation with Hako isn't really helping, since that seems like just a random love triangle thrown in for the sake of having another triangle. Hako has a random crush on Ikki but somehow that's causing her to go nuts and force herself on him. I hope she doesn't tune him though, since that would just open up a whole new box of hurt feelings and misunderstandings which I could gladly do without.

As for the joke page...I'm just thanking my lucky stars I didn't see that version first, because I probably would've believed it to be real >_<;
