Thread: What is best? manga or anime?

Hey i think abort start to reading Air gear. but is anime bether end then manga??

Or read manga and then watch anime for fun.
Seriously you need to read manga because anime end like in 1/3 of manga (based on releases up to date).

Manga,by a longshot.The anime goes up to about....2/3 of the current scanlation releases.And then its stops where the going gets good.

Manga, don't even bother watching the anime, it sucks.

Give the anime a chance. It's got a great soundtrack, and I found it a lot cooler to actually see the tricks in action rather than just seeing them frame by frame. The art may not be quite as good, but it's still not bad and the style remains relatively unblemished.

A big complaint is the ending that doesn't resolve anything, but with the manga to continue with that's really not such an issue.

Hmm yha the mucis is good in it. just wacht ep 1. BUT. is damn hard to find more den that one ep.. so,, yha. i much keep to the manga

There are a couple places to get the anime(PM me) which is why I started reading the manga. I think it not only did it's job in converting the manga, but if you start with it, it makes the manga look that much better. I can't read a chapter without my mind seeing how it would be animated. Plus each have their own impressive points. The manga's two page shadow frame trick shots similar to the NBA cams they have out now. And the anime's more aggressive approach to the material with very few standards and practices changes. I'd say read the manga up through the end of the anime and then watch the anime, and of course come back to the manga. It's the only way to truly get a feel for the whole series.

As some people already said before: Do yourself a favour and do not bother watching that ridiculously cheap anime. Music aside, it has not one good point. Seriously, it's hard to describe it in words, so I won't even try. It is purely crap at its best.

Well, the manga is better than the anime but I watched the anime first so that's what got me into the manga. it doesn't hurt to try it out, but since the question is which one is better, obviously manga is better...
