Air Gear vs Tenjou Tenge Art

Although I like them both, I'm leaning towards Tenjou Tenge.

I KNOW YOU KNOW THIS....but why the comparision?! We both know its done by the same person. =\

TT just has more focus on fight scenes which are goldly, but i find AG has some sweet ass poses.

That's exactly why I asked, I'm starting to like Air Gear story more, but I'm thinking TT is drawn better and has better poses actually. =T

I think I like the art in Air Gear better.

i voted cant decide cause i like the art in both mangas xD

Tenjou Tenge seems to have the more detailed, polished art, but maybe that's because it comes out for less frequently (monthly as opposed to AG coming out weekly, right?).

Either way, they're both great.

The art in tenjou was absolutely TERRIBLE to begin with and the character designs aren't his best either, Where as the art in Air gear has been very good from the start. Then again I don't read either of them any more so perhaps his art has changed slightly.

yea i agree with you jamie1990,but now the drawings are flawless and look really nice. Long story short, i can't decide because if any of the animes characters were real, i'd do them all. (the female ones anyways)

im exactly the same, i think the art work in both is great, but i think i like the art work in tt more (especially the extras you get with the volumes), where as i think the ag story is alot better as its a lot more coherent and more worked out. but i'm kind of biased towards tt anyway as it was the first o/g manga i saw and it inspired me to start drawing again, so i might like it more just for that :-D.

p.s. i also like the characters in tt more especially masataka and maya, although ikki and akito/agito are cool 2.

^Same here, I like the characters more in TT, but the story is better in AG. Even then I think I like TT more because that's the first manga I read from O!G.

You do know that Oh! Great made Tenjou Tenge 1998, while Air Gear started in 2002 right? >_>'

And as for character designs, a lot of the AG characters are the same as TT. For example: Aya and Ringo, Maya and Simca, Masataka and Kazu.
