But she didn't.
She was pulling out all her moves, but she wasn't going all out.
I think in sleeping forest when you go all out you intend to hurt, sometimes permanently, your opponent. Something that Ringo couldn't do to Ikki.

Maybe Ikki just went nutters. XD
I think Ringo is going all out, out of respect for Ikki.
If she was keeping her promise before, she sure isn't now by just giving up. It's almost like she entered the fight hoping to lose in the back of her mind, so that she'd finally be able to let go of her burden.
As for Ikki's mentality, it seems like this is what happens when people ascend to the higher levels of the Trophaeum. With all the violence and betrayal up there, it's pretty hard not to lose control and start acting on absolutes. In the lower battles Ikki's always been enjoying himself, and now rather than fighting out of love for fighting he's fighting out of anger, which is why his Regalia took that form.
This chapter was to short.....I can't wait for chapter 140 to be posted.
just to chime in i dont think she is going all out, because in the back of her mind she is worried about him when she attacks and she keeps thinking about how much she loves him etc. how can you go all out against someone when you have those thoughts going through your head? if she was doing the proper sleeping forest thing i.e. destroying the opponent, she probably wouldnt have been satisfied with him just falling into the river. and ikki's anger for me is understandable, he thinks he's been betrayed by the person he trusted the most. i actually didnt think that was the regalia's true form, i assumed it was the burden he has inherited as a keeper of a regalia (which she was talking about in previous chapters, how the regalias come with consequences).

i dont think that the shown wind regalia was at its true form considering that it was just an immitation. and as was said.. the regalia took that monstrorous from because of anger. and as i saw it.. ringo was indeed pulling her punches. due to the earlier misunderstanding this has been made into a big mess. its not fair to blame ringo nor is it fair to blame ikki for their messup relationship. ringo's a-tfixer is the one to be blamed
if she wasnt holding back,Ikki would be in the hospital, for a real reason this time...I mean, look what Om did to Simca.A Queen can cause devistating power.Ringo tore his shirt up.She wasnt trying to hurt, just to make him understand that Regalia isnt everything. And he should stop at trying to be the Sky King.
True form, maybe not, but it is not just an immitation. The girl who switched them had the same look at the original bagram that Kururu did. But she didn't take the time to make it sound like Ikki's original AT's. So it's not in tune with Ikki.i dont think that the shown wind regalia was at its true form considering that it was just an immitation.

So you're basing this on the Infinity Atmosphere of two entirely different Regalia?
Even Ikki said that Ringo's Infinity Atmosphere didn't pack nearly as much of a punch as the Fang Regalia's--and even the "Fang", while obviously causing them a great deal of trouble, never put them down for the count... And they took a couple of those.
The only time Ringo has held back in this fight thus far is when she chose not to slam Ikki further into that trash bin a few chapters ago.
