I'll give you the confusion for the kiss and the revelation that Ringo has been hiding stuff from him, but the other two seem weak.
First his intial anger at what happened to Simca had fallen off, it was still something in his mind, but at the time I'm talking about which I should've made clearer he isn't thinking about it. Also the thought of Ringo being the successor and leader of SF doesn't come up until she brings it up.
His thoughts are about Kanon and the kiss. He loves Ringo, it's just hard to tell if it's brotherly protective love, or something more than that. So when he sees the kiss it was like when you realize the person you like doesn't like you back. He then wouldn't hear nothing of her explanation of what happened. You can say he was acting like a guy, but he was provoking a fight by not hearing her out. He insults her (four eyed monkey) then brings up the thing about trust.
At this point Ringo realizes that words won't reach him, and goes into a whole revelation that since he will be leader of Genesis, and she is the leader of SF, two opposing AT teams, they couldn't be more than brother and sister and decides to act as a leader of a team and challenges another leader. At this point, while they are still there somewhat, their relationship is as opposing AT riders instead of lovers/siblings.
Even then she has some drawbacks in her mind, she calls herself an idiot for even thinking that Ikki won't be serious in the battle. Then there are all those thumps thrown all over the pages, and the question to herself of why her heart and body were in so much pain. It's something she doesn't want to do at the start, but knows she has to.
The thing I was talking about earlier about betrayal, he doesn't use me, he uses us. If he's talking about his team, he's being ignorant. He has known she was a part of Sleeping Forest ever since the very early chapters. What does he expect from her? He started his own team that goes against the goal of her team. Even if he didn't know the goal of SF at this point, he is still a rival ATer.

Bullet Tooth Tony: You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
Reporter on Titan Maximum: Sasha is there any connection between your poor album sales and the fact that it sucked?
