Thread: Is there still a chance for Ringo and Ikki relationship?

As cute as Kururu is, she was introduced fairly late as a love interest and there is less history or emotional buildup between them. Ringo may be annoying, but there has been much more interaction between Ringo and Ikki and a think a relationship between those two would be stronger. The situation right now is pretty confusing though, so it's fairly hard to tell what's going to happen...

I for one hope that the Ikki x Ringo relationship will fade into the background as a childhood friendship gone sour, SPOILER:Especially after the current events with Sleeping Forest. Ikki seems completely adverse to Sleeping Forest's tactics and motives, and Ringo seems completely set on sticking to her role.

In any case... Kururu is much cuter than Ringo. Moe = blech ^^

Simca is hotter then both of them. Simca is just using Ikki not what I call the base for a lasting relationship. On the other hand, I don't think i would mind being used by Simca

I think there still could be a chance for a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship between them, but either Ikki or Ringo would have to give up, or be corrected on, their "views." Honestly though, I would much rather have Kururu and Ikki together. For some reason I just like the feel of having a woman completely dedicated to you, and the other one, the one who doesn't share your views, angry and jealous; that is, until she meets another guy, then I'd want to take her away.

The thought of what Ringo and her tuner done would make me want to one-up him. But alas, Ikki is a wimp in that department for someone his age.

Considering that almost anything goes in manga, it's quite possible that the two can get together (not a pun on Nue's ability) again. Who knows, it might be that Ringo, like Rika, is doing what she's doing in order to protect Ikki. Ringo walks the Sonia Road like her older sister, and as proven in Volume 6, the reason why thorns and vines are strong are because they seek to protect the thing that is precious to them, which is the rose.

Ikki is kind of like that rose. Ringo might just be aiming to protect him from outer influences, but as Ikki said, that's only trying to trap him in a cage. It might be safe and comfortable, but in the end it's just being deprived of freedom. Ringo can't teach Ikki anything with her Sonia Road, in my opinion. She'll have to abandon it if she wants to be with him.

That meaningless amount of information said, I prefer that Ikki be with Kururu. XD

I think I'm getting a bit sick of childhood couplings through the manga world so... I prefer KururuxIkki at best now. Ringo has a screw loose now, even if they do get into a relationship, my bet is that she'll become one of those stalker-ish girlfriends that keeptracks with their boyfriends once every thirty minutes or 24/7. I'll have Kururu khnx.

That's funny @ss sh!t. I was thinking the same thing about her. Still, for some reason I don't want to see her with her tuner.

Anyways, it's a fictional manga for god's sake. Why can't Ikki just have them all: Ringo, Kururu, Simca, and aren't we forgetting Haku. I just can't help but feel sorry for her; poor Haku, she's getting the shaft.

It looks like Kogarasumaru isn't going to join Genesis, more Sleepingforest. Or first challenges Genesis, later maybe SF. Anyway, Kogarasumaru seems to resist and gets all kings, (like a new version of the old SF), and ringo is a queen, so she could get together with ikki in some unknown way

I think in the end though, akito will mess up any of ikkis relationships that are serious.
