Default AirGear is no good anymore

When I first downloaded AirGear I was like "wow, this is cool" but lately I find it to be more tedious and unfulfilling.

What first attracted me to it was the coolness with AirGear and the freedom which came with it, but as of late it has lost that aspect of the manga, it has become just another shounen manga, and on top of that its an medioker one.

What was when it first started was that you could with a pair of Airgear fly high in the sky, fast and free, soar through the wind doing cool and complex tricks, that there was a little to much nudity in it didn't take it down so much, it was ok, and the fights were much more centered on the tricks then fighting strength.

But now with that disgusting arc with fightings in close quarters and all evolves the power of the person which goes way beyond that which a normal person could aquire, it practically ruind the manga, and the anime is no better, the have the worst voice for Ichi they could possibly find.

You may not agree with me or you might even think I'm stupid forsaying this, I just wanted to vent my frustration over the outcome of this manga.

Depends if you talk about all manga eps untill 143 or you just talk about the scannlated eps up to 87 or so. Yeah its the same thing all shounens sooner or later get to the point of "i need to lvl up to beat that guy". In bleach at first all ichigo did was killing follows but later he meet some strong opponents and the fight begin. Its a normal for most of those unnrealistic shounens.
If you read unti 87 then you will probably leave the manga after you see the more power up guys.

hey i like Airgear, but the only thing I had a problem with is the friendly status after Ikki-Ringo fight, they should of ended up being ennemies. but besides that i'm cool with it.

A turnout like this was ridiculously obvious. You can't tell me you didn't see this coming--it being a jump series and all...

i think the anime is a hell of alot better than the manga. the story seems a little changed from how ikki saw the wings road the first time, and the tricks they do looks alot better animated than just looking at it from page to page. at the same time i dont know why they didnt say anything about how ikki was the king of the east or watever in the begining of the anime. i sorta agree

I thougth moest the tricks were kinda laughable.... I mean, ride fall bloody road 180 was really silly looking.... (I think I got the name right for that trick...)

and at least no one said they didn't like the manga just because of chapter 143.

the whole thing is sorta laughable really, its about people who skate to get to some kinda "road" and gain more territory...and its anime, what do you expect, of course they r gonna have some crazy random name for a move.

I don't think the ringo-ikki situation could've played out any other way. I'm they're child-hood friends, and kind of like siblings. Would you let something as small as skating come between you and your child hood friend...it would seem really fickle.

As for the anime. That was the biggest pile of shit I've ever seen. The animation was crappy, and too slow. It seem rushed, it was not as exciting...I mean seriously Tenjou Tenge had action in all the right places, Naruto 207 episodes in and still moved at a faster pace. The only good episode was the first one. It didn't even try to give the illusion of speed. They're on motorized skate and can practically fly. The gags moved faster then the action scenes. WTF

Well, that goes natural for anime to have a strong charactyer compared to real humans... same goes for Tenjo Tenge...

    That's the artist's style...

If you watch "Baki", you'll say that too... that anime is overexaggerating physical strengths
