Btw, why do some of you guys call her "Shimucka" or whatever engrish you can manage to spell?
I mean, she even has a sticker that says Simca.

She got a sticker saing simca on her bag and on her hmmm *leg* on some cover of manga however in japan or somewhere they call her shimuka or someone translated it as that. Dunno for me its simca anyway. Indeed she was damm hot whit the long hair but meaby it will grow up whit her new wings while being whit ikki XD.

i think she looks better with short hair. too many plp in airgear have long hair

its because in japanese her name is made up of the sounds shi mu ka its just the romanji is simca you swallow the u and lessen the sh sound when you pronounce it. so it looks something like this in japanese　hiragana: しむか　

What kuraikun said is right for reading. From a pronouncing point of view it simply is the fact that japanese do not have any single consonants other than "n". All their other consonants have vowels attached to them (e.g. "ma, mi, mu, me, mo"). They also don't have the s consonant, they only use it in connection with an h, making it become "sha, shi, shu, she, sho". So when it comes down to pronounce Simca it ends up as Shi-mu-ka. You'll probably ask why it's mu and not one of the others (ma, mi, me, mo). My guess would be that mu (meaning u) is the least stressed vowel they have. It's more of a sigh than an actual western u.

yeah Simca should of been the main female character. Ringo is just plain ugly.

Wonder why there isnt any AG doujins ^^ meaby OG got to good draw skills or something but i would really like to see some doujins for learning purpose :P. We could get to know how did simca get her position you know the things which werent shown in anime ;p.
