Personally, I think she's after his crown. She's attempting to unite the kings, and she herself is a clear wind road follower. At least for now, the kings she has united show a far greater loyalty to her than they do Ikki. If she were to bring together 8 kings in Kogarasuma, all of whom had higher loyalty to her than Ikki, and then defeat Ikki, she would be able to seize his Wind King title, and with it make a grab at the final rank of Sky Queen.

That was her goal in the beginning and even Ringo confronted her about that. But i think she changed her mind after Seeing ikki in the Fight against Akira and that eye-dude. Which is when she cut her hair and even SpitFire commented on how she wasn't acting as her usual self.

a change of mind has taken place on her behalf IMO.
i got acces to the raw volumes, but i need to grab a translator for me around my neighborhood.
