hey um, could someone give me the complete, noob guide on how to get onto the scum scans channel?

and a list of other important info? please T.T

edit: for mIRC, (btw after 30 days do i have to by this thing?)

First, type /server irc.irchighway.net

Second, if you plan on using mIRC more than once (If you don't skip, this and go to point #3), register your nick. /msg nickserv register [password] [email] (Without the brackets, of course). You'll get an email, with a registration code. Take it, type it in, and you'll be good. Make sure you remember your pass.

Third, type /join #scum-scans

Fourth, additional info:

Load up mIRC, wait a few second, there will be a "continue" button or something like that

There's only 2 *major* (arguable) networks for anime/manga (fansubbed/scanlated)
