No, but if you want english version, stoptazmo is the #1 site, since the translators for the manga are here.

The key word being 'its'. This is a reference to the subject of the previous post i.e. Chapter 63, hence you clearly were referring to Chapter 63 being the chapter where Jio saves Ruby.

I think devilina was referring to chapter 62. But, if you read the convo for chapter 60 she has at the beginning in the chapter will Ball, you will find out whom her new lover is. Seriously, Ball tells her something like "lets keep the cuddling to later in private" (Note: I know translation says loving not cuddling, but I was tired when I did that.)
