Ruby in the later chapters was actually pretty cool. Though I don't see any possibilty like that for Mei.

I agree, she doesn't have a use. And, seriously, wtf is up with her personality? How could Jio stand to be near someone so... stupid? Annoying? I dunno. But I don't care if she's comic relief. She's annoying, and she's a bitch.

I really don't like her either. I think she'll start out usless and annoying as she is now, then her "eye" will open and she'll be some sort of amazing pwnage. Then everyone will pretend they like her.
I wont. I'll still hate her.
Worst character imo, she's annoying and loud, constantly trying to steal the spotlight. Nobody else is constantly yelling at the other characters or being so clingy. I think she's a bad choice to put in the manga.
Though Ball is still the greatest. I love the panel where he said he loves Jojomaru becuase he's rounder. XD Classic Ball.
