You forgot the facts about Kirin having a home-like feeling in the volcanoe area, Kirin beginning to push his hair aside to stop Jio while they were fighting Icaros and Ruby had writing on her, and Kujaku/Kirin mentioning Jio getting like that because of Kirin.

It would seem you're correct. All facts point to Kirin being the child who was born with his power awakened from birth allong with his brother who didn't gain that same power. There is only one whing I would like to point out though. Based on the translation I have it wasn't mei's brother who had the two kids, it was mei's grandfather's brother (her great uncle) thus making Karin her Uncle (more or less).
Good eye though on finding this. I thought I was missing something and you figured it out for me. Thanks for the info.
I thought the cyclops that Stea has, was the one the grandfather was talking about. but now you clarified this I wonder who is the cyclops that Stea has. I mean the one who was in the same frame with the original micheal.

The person who uploads the raws, couldn't buy them cause they were sold out by the time he got to the store. (or what he said on mangahelpers. Haven't seen him recently)
So, he needs to wait till volume 15 comes out, and buy that so that he can upload the raws online. Which should come out, on November 22, 2006.
AKA, we won't have them for a while, unless turns out someone else has them, or someone buys it from japan.
