Thread: volume 14 cover

Ive only read the scanlated chapters, but I saw the volume 14 cover and it looks like Jio is older. Do any of you know if its just a weird picture or if he possibly gets older in volume 14? *edit* I looked at some other covers and it looks like alot of them look like hes older so its probably just the picture, and he probably isnt actually older...

I copy pasted the description of the volume from the official gangan website and it babelfish translated to "In order 4 years..., to rescue GeoCities you are led away to government from lock bird incident, it leaves and the companions who have become being accustomed re-gather. Now then, to traveling of recapture! !"

maybe a 4 year time skip!? or maybe it just means its been 4 years since the adventure started or something, i dunno.

I think it has been confirmed elsewhere that it is a timeskip. However, there are no scans of volume 14 to look at.

omg .. looks good. ball doesn't look really better,but jio does.
anyway,I hope mangetsu is soon ready for vol 14(i think they need half a year,or a year to reach the raw-releases(i mean,that they're using the newest raw to translate and so on..)

jio kinda reminds me of the fourth hokage now lol. What forum is that from? those look like they are from the volume 14, why don't they scan the rest!?

Anyway does anyone know Jio's clothes colors... I've seen it as blue in some covers and black in others??

As far as I know, 666 satan isn't the type of mnaga that would WORK with a timeskip. It's il-logical. Also, the Mangaka are aloud to draw whatever they want on the cover, so that doesn't nesicarilly(bad sp) mean that there's a time skip. (If you view Dr. Slump, on volume 6 she's wearing a chinese outfit of sorts, but she doesn't do anything remotely close to Chinese activities). Though, that Ball scan is questionable. If there isn't a time skip, why is he speaking, like it's part of the manga? (So, its either a side story, or a peak in the future, or theres actually a timeskip)

I HATE timeskips.
